  My husband and I were traveling during Thanksgiving which was bad enough, but because of the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness and comfortablility of the hotel, we felt at home, and wished we could stay a while longer. The staff was accomidationg in every way, and I felt welcomed and valued. I will certainly return to Richmond, if for nothing else, than to visit this hotel again.

  This was an excellent place to stay. We were at the end of a hall and it was pretty quiet. I wouldn't recommend being near the elevators because the little ""ding"" could get annoying. Security seemed good with key access to every door except the front entrance, where desk attendants were located. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've every had at any hotel. Everything was clean. Full-size microwaves and refrigerator/freezer. Being right next to airport wasn't bad. A/C was a little noisy. Definitely will return if in the area again.

  My wife and I stayed here while visiting family for a few days. I'm VERY picky about where I stay, and this hotel met all of my needs. The complimentary breakfast/dinners were awesome.The rooms are updated and the beds are very comfortable.I would highly recommend this hotel and give it a four start rating.
