  We stayed one night. Kind of old, and generally unsafe feeling. There were guys cooking chicken in the parking lot when we arrived at about 10PM at night. Didn't feel safe. When I called the front desk, they answered by saying "Dominoe's Pizza". Really unprofessional, unsafe, and ratty. Don't stay! By the airport is not the best part of Richmond, so you want to at least feel safe in your hotel.

  The only good thing about this hotel is that is is close to the airport. there was a hole in the bathroom wall and the lights weren't plugged in ...

  The only good thing about this hotel is that is is close to the airport. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and the lights weren't plugged in so they could plug in a mini fridge to an outlet that was hanging out of the wall. Would only stay if it is a last resort.

  Well I will keep this short but here is some of the things that happen during my stay. Once I got to the hotel the manager had to shake the fax toner to get my reservations from travel agent . Then when I got to my room I tried the light switch and nothing happened. After that I turned on the TV to find out that the screen was cracked but it still worked so that is good. Finally I dont even want to know what was hanging from the drop ceiling in the bathroom?

  This hotel needs to be renovated. The room reeked the smell of bleach. I did not last 30 minutes. Went to another hotel down the street. Would not recommend this to anyone.

  Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean, curtains in good shape, no bugs at all. The front desk people were quite helpful in regards to giving directions and giving us a wake-up call. The location near the airport was great. We would use it again.
